Reading your blog has bought back some great memories and made me really jealous. We spent two months there and it is so beautiful. We even considered moving there. Your trip sounds brilliant.
Enjoy Sydney (my home town!) If you can, get up futher north than Manly to see some really lovely beaches and Pittwater. The Newport Arms is a great pub for sitting around doing very little. It's a bit more sophisticated now than when it was my local, but the location is unbeatable.
